HI, what if at the project site is only Greenfield?

Our 5 acre site has no greenfield area- we are demolishing the entire site and will restore with some green space/vegetation after construction.

I noticed that in EBOM v4 the financial contribution of $0.05 must occur annually Seeing as this is $0.40, am I correct to assume it is a one-time fee?

Have the 30% of areas with native and adaptated vegetation to be in the same place of the previously developped areas?

in case of rocky soil , limestone precisely in desert area , what kind of restoration should be done ?

I want to know if vertical green wall with native and local plant species, whether or not can conribute the green ratio for option 1.

Does an existing landscaped area within a previously developed site count as Greenfield square-footage?
