Site calculations for single building part of a larger complex

We have a five-acre site with multiple buildings. However, we are pursuing certification for only one of the buildings. Does the entire site have to meet the prerequisite?

How greenfield area is calculated? Excluding wetland/Buffer area?

Soil Restauration in vegetated roof

Dear All, We are working in a project, in which the whole site was previously developed and paved. All new green areas will be vegetated roofs (project achieves a density of 1.5 floor-area ratio).

Our 5 acre site has no greenfield area- we are demolishing the entire site and will restore with some green space/vegetation after construction.

I noticed that in EBOM v4 the financial contribution of $0.05 must occur annually Seeing as this is $0.40, am I correct to assume it is a one-time fee?

1.5 FAR for a residential project

Hi, The credit states that projects with 1.5 FAR will allow vegetated roof or roof gardens to be qualified in the area calculations.
