in case of rocky soil , limestone precisely in desert area , what kind of restoration should be done ? the site is previously developed, however the soil tests have shown rocky soil and the site is located in desert area , where no vegetation existed

There could be opportunities to improve site conditions and support regional plant/animal wildlife that aren't obvious but are still worth pursuing.
