Does the monitoring of SWPP and PCES have to be carried out every week on LEED certification projects even if in the absence of rainy / weather events (No precipitation / no rain)

What's considered substantial completion if building is completed before the site?

Hi All, I have a question on how to handle a project where construction will continue after the projects building is complete and ready for occupancy.

We have a correctional project where we are doing some of the sitework now but the project work will be paused over the winter.

LEED Consultants working in remote mode.

As LEED Consultants we are working in remote mode because of COVID-19 risk.

The Project Team is concern about how this may or may not affect the certification.
