There is an existing hospital within 1/2 mile walking distance to our project. The hospital has a chapel, shop, pharmacy, etc.

The reference guide says projects under the LEED Schools rating system are allowed to exclude playing fields and associated buildings used during sporting events only from their density calcul

if i have office builing will have LEED bd+c and it contain bank &cafe& shop at ground floor 

can i count them under option2 diverse uses

As per the subject, my project by nature is a semi-conductor manufacturing plant located in an industrial park with limited amenities located within 800meters of walking distance.

we are currently working in a project of a new airport that is pursuing LEED certification. Regarding LTc4 credit we have two doubts:
