The project has an employee locker room with an attached single ADA bathroom.  The bathroom is large enough to change in, and is lockable.  However, the door to the locker room is not loc

In NC-Retail 2009, for SSc4.2, the number of secure bike racks / storage spaces is based on "project square footage". Is this building SF?

Definition of a bicycle rack?

This may sound silly to most that have not had materials reviewed by GBCI, but how exactly is a bicycle rack defined? One rack can serve 1 or 10+ bicycles.
