Retail-NC-v2009 SSc4:Alternative transportation

Bike Racks and project boundary

In NC-Retail 2009, for SSc4.2, the number of secure bike racks / storage spaces is based on "project square footage". Is this building SF? Or, LEED project boundary including the building AND site?

Patrick - The square footage is based on the building square footage.
