The project has an employee locker room with an attached single ADA bathroom. The bathroom is large enough to change in, and is lockable. However, the door to the locker room is not lockable. Since there is only one locker room for all employees, I do not believe it would be appropriate to have the locker room door be lockable (for employee safety). So, can I claim the large bathroom as a lockable changing area?
