Modeling Thermal Zones

I am modeling an office building for LEED which will house different tenants that will consists of a dental clinic and medical clinic etc. There are number of different spaces in the building.

illuminance level of lighting power density of ashrae 90.1

ashrae 90.1 give the LPD of different space. But i want to know what the correspondent illuminance level is.

Hi, We our working in a CS2009 project where ca 20% of the total gross area of the building is existing construction and the rest is new contrustion.

Tenant spaces

I am working on CS project..i have small doubt If tenant spaces (HVAC, LIGHTING etc) comes under owner/developer scope of work, those spaces should be model as per ASHRAE (in baseline).

If some facades meet ASHRAE 90.1, but others don't....

....does the project meet ASHRAE 90.1's Mandatory Provisions and therefore this Prerequisite? Our project has complicated set of facades with different curtain-wall patterns and types of glass.

Section 1.2 Space summary in prerequisite EAp2 asks for GrossSquareFootage (GSF) of regularly and unconditioned zones.
