Hi everyone,
I have the three following questions:
1. In the EAp2 form, I have to write the HDD and CDD for Lima, Peru. So, what I would like to know is what units I have to consider for this: IP or SI system? (btw, it's not possible to write ºC or ºF in this field)
2. In the same form, I'm supposed to uppload the Interactive Compliance Forms as a way of demonstrating what the design is implementing for the project, however it says they are OPTIONAL, so if I decide not to uppload these forms because they are optional, how will GBCI verify my data for envelope, HVAC and lighting?
3. My project doesn't use any kind of heating source because we are in a climate zone 2A, so in my country and for the projects I've seen, there is only cooling. So, there isn't the option to leave in blank this field in the form, but I have to choose one, however it would not be certain.
Please advice.
Thanks in advance.

1. Use whichever units you will be using for the rest of the submission. Ideally just be consistent throughout with one or the other.
2. From the project documents and by what you have entered in the Section 1.4 tables and from your modeling software inputs files.
3. If you have no heating the source is assumed to be electric per 90.1.

Thanks for your repply Markus.
1. As all the forms are in IP units, CDD and HDD will be in Farenheit.
2. It makes sense.

1. Good point. Of course the units in any other document can be in SI units.
