Dear sir, Our LEED review of EAp2 said that the minimum efficiency for the Baseline Case PTACs should be 9.3 EER. I cannot understand it clearly and find the corresponding terms in 90.1.

Hello! My first post here on LEED User. We are modeling an existing building which has had its rooftop units replaced "in kind", so they are more efficient units, but the same general makeup.

In the Baseline model for a major renovation, for the envelope part: Do we use the “normal” Baseline elements as are in appendix G or do we model the envelope as it was before the major renovation

Hello! We have a project with a 36,000 sq ft GFA and will use HVAC Variable Refrigerant Flow System. For the energy simulation we used equest software.

Building without HVAC Systems Designed

I got comments back on the energy model for a building that has no HVAC systems designed at the time of completion of the C&S. One comment was that the cooling energy savings seemed too high.

Dear Sir/Madam, per G3.1.3.10, the baseline bulidnging design pump power shall be 349kW/1000 L/s.
