we are working on a project of approximately 100,000 square feet.
The property doesn't want to implement the energy modeling due to economic issues.
Since the project is a borderline case for Option 3 (approximately 100,000 sf) can you clarify us if the reference area for the applicability of Option 3 is considered to be gross or net?
We have to consider also the underground levels? The uderground level are three: two for parking and one for archives, technical systems (not permanently occupied).
Do you know the exact definition used in the Advanced Building Core Performance Guide to define the square feet?
Do you have any reference to indicate us for the definition of the area to be considered?
