Toilet Light Shut-Off

Hi, bathrooms can have a manual shutdown device for lighting? It is mandatory that all toilets automatically switch off the lighting? Thanks

Open Sales Area - qualifications

We are on our final review for EAp2 and have changed site area from plaza designation to an "outside sales area." The owner proposes to have concerts, arts festivals,etc.

Reset temperature??

We are on our final review. LEED reviewers have stated that the Baseline Case system input reports indicates that supply air temperature reset was not modeled as required by Section G3.1.3.12.

In our proposed building we have CAV ventilation system which at night (when there's noone in the building) will provide 50% of the designe airflow rates.
