Dear fellow LEEDusers.
Our base building (C&S) has not included a service hot-water system (it will be installed by tenants later) and therefore we modelled the Proposed Building Performance and the Baseline Building Performance identically.
However, we have received a design review comment saying:
"Tables EAp2-4 and EAp2-5 indicate that service water heating energy has been modeled identically as a process load for both the
Baseline and Proposed Case models, which is unexpected. Revise both models to ensure that the Baseline Case service water
heating energy is modeled per ASHRAE 90.1-2007 Appendix G and the Proposed Case service water heating energy is modeled as
designed. Revise Table 1.4 and the form as necessary."
Do you any idea where is the mistake?
Thank you in advance.

From your explanation, the mistake is that you are considering DHW as a process load.
Make sure it is not a process load.
That is what the comment from GBCI means.

IMO the reviewer should have just told you to uncheck the Process box in Table EAp2-4.
