How to determine the building foorprint?

Our project is a building that literally crosses another building. It consists of a 40 stories building (the LEED building) that comes out of a 3 stories mall (not applying for certification.

The building has a few terraces on different roof levels of different floors. Do terraces count as open space? They will be accessible

What is a wetland or naturally designed pond per credit language

Credit language clearly indicates that wetlands and naturally designed ponds can count as long as their sides are vegetated and their gradient no more than 1:4.
