CS-2009 SSc5.2:Site Development—Maximize Open Space

Hello, we have a project with terraces, each includes a deck for pedestrian and green roof, we have approximately 50% of area deck and 50% of green roof system. We are applaying SSc2, can we considerer the deck of pedestrian in our calculations, option 1?

Hi Gabriel, You should be able to include both the vegetation and hardscape square footage in your calculations if you can comply with SS2.
