Mixed-use C&S building

Hi, We are pursuing Case 3 Option 1 for a mixed-use building with more than 10% commercial area, and will have to demonstrate that the parking capacity meets but does not exceed minimum local zoni

Preferred Parking for CS?

I have always assumed that this credit was pretty much the same for NC and CS projects - specifically that we must not exceed code minimum AND provide preferred parking for carpooling vehicles for

In a C&S office building, the owner has provided just enough parking spaces in the basement to the building tenants to meet the local zoning minimum requirements.

Hello, I am working on a C&S project. The minimum parking capacity set by local zoning is 165 parking spots. The project has 165 spots exactly. The project size is 86000 sq ft.

Parking split for different tenants

Hi everyone. We are assessing a distribution warehouse that will be leased to several tenants. Each tenants has a section of the building with its own parking. The total capacity meets the min.
