Zero-lot line boundary

One of my LEED project are situated in a MAster Site and the actual certified building will have a zero-lot line. Does this mean that the only vegetation we should count towards this...

To caluclate the Rc-value we need to know the amount of refrigerant and the cooliing capacity. As LEED v4 puts it:

Hi

In Denmark our chillers are located at the roof, where there in the winter is a risk of freezing. The refrigerant in the cooling units are ammonia.
