For projects registered under LEED-CS v2.0, is Title-24 2005 deemed equivalent to ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2004 for showing compliance with the EAc1 requirements?

I have not experienced difficulties about this. At first, owners are a little bit baffled, but then turn to be quite enthusiastic about the idea. I believe is a good way to get them involved....
