Yes, the best resource for this as far as LEED is concerned is CS Appendix 1 from the BD&C LEED Reference Guide. It gives default occupancy counts for different space types.

In performing the initial analysis of the Energy Star score for our building it has become apparent we are teetering on the line of a 69.
