2 buildings- one certification

Hello all! We are working on a project that will be two buildings, used for warehouses. The buildings are really close to each other and will share some systems and structures, such as the parking lots. Can we include them both in the same LEED certification project as one? MPR2 ...

I have not found a database to search which projects pursued this credit. Also, Green Wizard has a database to search compliant products. I've had a lot of luck finding HPDs by simply googling....

as material re-use, since it ostensibly is too far removed from the original material, and lot of the embodied energy & by consequence environmental benefit is lost in the remanufacturing process....

I am currently training and researching in order to become involved in the M&V process for various new construction buildings within the near future. The area I am having a particular difficult time finding reference material for is determining meter locations. I have found some best practice guides and have perused the ASHRAE guideline 14 book, as well as read a significant amount of IPMVP volume III. I am having difficulty finding anything with specific reference on how to determine submetering locations based off of a single line diagram, or other something similar. If anyone might have...

Susan Walter HDR LEEDuser Expert 1296 thumbs up July 10, 2014- 2:16 pm The first bullet in the requirements states "no potable water use for once through cooling for ALL medical equipment that rejects heat". The sterilizer does count as medical equipment for this credit. I believe that they were using the term 'medical equipment' to distinguish it from 'mechanical equipment'. They specifically reference sterilizers under the Benefits and Issues to Consider section of the credit. They want you to not run cooling water into the drain line and then dump it (once through)....
