Assuming we get a 30% response rate, it is my understanding that anything that met the dissatisfied (3 or less on a 7-point scale) criteria, must be corrected.  How do we measure this?&nb

My questions for the Building Appearance section do not include point scale.

We recently did occupant comfort surveys in two residence halls on our campus. We surveyed both about the common areas in the hall (lounge, kitchen, etc) and about the residents' dorm rooms.

Is it acceptable to resort to a 5 point scale on the comfort survey instead of the 7 point?

Do I have to conduct the survey in a hotel for all guests or only for employees?
