What happens if there are many areas of occupant dissatisfaction that require corrective action? We might not have the time to address everything before we have to submit our LEED application.

What if the corrective action component of the credit is too costly for us? We don’t want to attempt this credit and then find out we’re not able to earn it because corrective action is too expensive.

Does no response mean satisfied?

My questions for the Building Appearance section do not include point scale. For example; "If you are aware of any cleanliness issues in the building, please identify where the issues are located within the building (see map)." "Please specify the type of cleanliness issue." "What are your suggestions for improving these issues?" If a participant didn't respond, is it fair to say that they are satisfied with the building appearance?
