Does anyone have any experience with tenant sub-metering and compliance with this credit?

I’ve read in the Bird’s Eye View Section that “Tenant submetering would not alone qualify for this credit. […]”.

Our project building has central air-handlers, which provide heating and cooling for the tenant spaces i.e. heating and cooling by air only.

Greetings, We have a doubt about the credit EA C3.2 from LEED EB O&M. What is the minimum time to measure performance of the major’s building systems by the breakdown of energy?

For natural gas metering applications, is continuous logging of instantaneous flows a requirement? Most meters just put out totalized pulses, so I'm assuming that's fine... Any thoughts?

The LEED Online form requests that “monthly and annual summaries of the metered energy usage for each of the subsystems”.

I am wondering if a commercial building, where over 90% of the building is submetered tenant space would qualify for this credit.

On page 200 of the LEED-EB reference guide, Table 1- Sample Summary of Energy and Metering Capacity lists major energy-consumption subsystems and end-uses.

My question is if the occupancy of the building is a single person in this case of an institution and has no tenants can apply for this credit.

Under LEED EBOM 2009 I am considering attempting metering under credit EAc3.2 for a 200,000 sq. ft.
