Are there any exceptions to the LPE for this credit? Specifically, could a Certified Arborist with ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) www.isa-arbor.com-be used in place of a RLA?

Would Land/Dirt that is Just Left Alone Be Counted?

I have been wondering if land that is completely left alone, not watered, without any vegetation other than what one would find on cleared desert land, would count?

I am trying to understand how to account for native trees. I understand that we do not count the area of the canopy, but what is at ground level.
