District cooling

Hello,

does anyone have experience with district cooling related to option 3? What type of DC system is compliant? And what does specifically "recycled alternative water" stand for?

Water-less Cooling Tower

Our cooling system does not use any water. Instead we are planning to use a R410-a refrigerant. Would this classify for full compliance with Option 2 or Option 3.
