hii, we are doing LEED-CI project, and we have installed submeters like BTU meter, kwh meters and also implementing EA Credit 30. Measurement and Verification.

duplication with EA Credit 5?

Its not super-clear to me whether we could pursue BOTH EA Credit 5 and this Pilot Credit. Would appreciate your comment on this.
