Pilot 26: Requirement clarifications

Background: Our project is a NC renovation of a building that is connected to district energy systems. Question: The credit requirements state that we must follow LEED's DES requirements. Is this in addition to, or in lieu of, one of the options that are listed for the NC project type?

Hi John - The DES Requirements can be found here: http://www.usgbc.org/ShowFile.aspx?DocumentID=7671. They should be complied with in addition to the requirements listed.
