Any idea if existing salvaged/reused furniture greater than 1-year old can be excluded from the calculations? My opinion would be yes similar to how these items are excluded in CIv2009 IEQc4.5.

We have a phased project, so it made organizational and tracking sense to use a two-part spreadsheet. Does anyone see any issue with this? Division 12 (only) is coming in at 52% and 54%.
