Without guidance on "Other USGBC approved multi-attribute certification programs" outside of BIFMA, we plan to submit this Pilot Credit wholly on the furniture dimension of our project.
We used Knoll for this and as a result did pretty well on this scale--from our letter from the manufacturer:
LEVEL® Certification
The project contained 71.34% by cost of level® certified product. To achieve the LEED Pilot Credit (Pilot Credit 80), 50% by cost of the project must be level® certified product.
In addition, much of our product was SMaRT certified. Maybe this will be an approved certification type soon?
The project contained 9.04% by cost of SMaRT certified product. To achieve the LEED innovation credit 2.5% by cost of the project must be SMaRT certified product.
