Hello,
We received a couple of review comments that we had to Participate in the LEEDUser Forum and Participate in the Pilot Credit Survey in order to achieve the credit. Has anyone else had this experience? I only ask because we have participated in other Pilot programs and did not have to fulfill these tasks in order to achieve the credit.
Additionally - if people are looking for recommended products to earn the credit I would suggest Allsteel Furniture. Our project ended up using the Allsteel Terrace Furniture and due to it being such a large amount of the materials cost for the project, we ended up achieving the credit pretty easily. Their reps were also very helpful in getting us the scorecard documentation we needed to fulfill the credit requirements.
Thanks!

Hi Craig,
Participation in the forum is usually a requirement listed at the bottom of each Pilot credit's criteria. Your post above is participation enough to qualify, though I'm sure the intent is to generate discussion, make suggestions, etc.
For the survey, sometimes it can be hard to locate or navigate to it. Go to the webpage for this pilot credit, and look towards the bottom under the "General Pilot Documentation Requirements" section. under the bullet that says "Complete the feedback survey" you can click on whichever teal button matches the pilot credit number (in this case, it's MRpc80), and it will take you to the page for your survey.
Last time I did this for a project was a while ago, but I had great frustration in that I was the Admin, I filled out the survey, but after submitting it, the website sends the confirmation email (what you're required to upload) to whoever's listed as the project owner. Makes no sense to me, and very frustrating. I had to get GBCI to send it to me directly. So, if your confirmation email doesn't show up, you may need to do the same thing.
