The owner of an office property wants to go for LEED EBOM. There are 3 buildings, two are attached with an architectural overhang and the third is roughly 40 feet away.

Hello, our project, an airport terminal, got LEED Gold certified this month under version 2.2. The owner now wants to explore certifying the building for operations and maintenance under V4.

An existing, old and close building (nobody insiede for years, no heating system working...) can pursue a LEED EB:OM v4 Existing building?
