Hello, our project, an airport terminal, got LEED Gold certified this month under version 2.2. The owner now wants to explore certifying the building for operations and maintenance under V4. Can this be done considering the building was just certified this month?, what time frame would the building have to be operating before we pursue LEED EBOM in 4?

Veronica, you can register the project for EBOM anytime and get started with all of the credits. Getting started now while operational policies are being established and explored is a great move. You will need 12 months of energy data to earn EBOM certification, so as far as timing goes, that's the main consideration as far as a minimum time to certify.
