For the Advanced Transportation Monitoring Systems pilot credit, do we need to count only people tracked through access control (turnstiles), or also visitors who just stay in the lobby or

I have been documenting this as an innovation for a long time, but now attempt it as a pilot credit for a first time due to the requirement to have at least one pilot credit for the total 5 points.

We are working on a LEED project in a warm climate where daily temperatures are high for most of the year.

1) Can the Green Cleaning Policy be uploaded as it's own seperate Innovation Credit?

Has anyone implemented the second strategy in the guide "The development of a manual, guideline or case study to inform the design of other buildings based on the successes of this project."?

We are developing a Core and Shell certification and we pursue the innovation credit "Occupant comfort survey". The innovation credit requirements tell:
