Hello everyone!
Im currently working on an industrial project pursuing a LEED BD+C Core and Shell v4 certification. As we are attempting the IN- Heat Island Mitigation with Cool Walls credit, we have encountered some issues gathering the SR and Thermal Emittance paints' values.
Does anyone know any manufacturer that provide paints with those kind of specifications in Mexico?
Thank you in advanced.
Best regards,

Hello Benjamin!
Im also working on a project in Mexico pursuing this credit. Nonetheless, what worked for us was comparing the color with any other manufacturer that does provide the specification the credit requires.
Hope this helps! Regards,
Nohemi

Hi Benjamin!
Sherwin Williams offers a range of exterior pgments with higher reflectance than standard paints, even for darker surfaces. However, these colors are currently limited to only six shades (white, almond, blue, red, gray and copper-like). I think that you can find a brief description of how these paints work and as well as their MRI and ThEm values in their website. Please let me know if you find any better options or solutions since I'm also looking for the most efficient pigments to comply with the credit.
