I'm working on a project that is considering pursing the LTc3 High Priority Site credit, Option 3 Brownfield Remediation at the campus level.

Timeline for priority designation

I'm working on a project which is on a site that was in a Qualified Census Tract in 2019.  However, the site is no longer within a QCT.

We have a project that has had a Phase 1 and II ESA performed. It found there was acetone and mercury on site.

Newly Established Opportunity Zones

Does anyone know if the new Opportunity Zones established by the  U.S. Department of the Treasury, which certifies economically-distressed communities, would fall under Option 2?
