• How to apply Priority Designation option outside the U.S

Have y'all found any handy tools similar to the HUD or Opportunity Zone maps that we typically use for US projects...but for Canada?

I'm working on a project that is considering pursing the LTc3 High Priority Site credit, Option 3 Brownfield Remediation at the campus level.

I'm working on a project which is on a site that was in a Qualified Census Tract in 2019.  However, the site is no longer within a QCT.

We have a project that has had a Phase 1 and II ESA performed. It found there was acetone and mercury on site.

Does anyone know if the new Opportunity Zones established by the  U.S. Department of the Treasury, which certifies economically-distressed communities, would fall under Option 2?
