Does the soil used as filling material for the construction can count for MRc5? It is permanently installed in the building, and the Reference Guide doesn´t mention it as in MRc2 where excavated so

Does anyone know how detailed we should be when filling up the MRc5. Template's table? I mean, should I write "reinforcement steel", "steel beams", "steel railing" etc. or just "steel"?

It appears that the BDC Material and Resource Calculator (July 2012) provided under the credit resources incorrectly calculates the Regional Material percentage.
