CS-2009 MRc5:Regional Materials

MR Calculator incorrect?

It appears that the BDC Material and Resource Calculator (July 2012) provided under the credit resources incorrectly calculates the Regional Material percentage. It is dividing the Sustainable Materials Cost instead of the Total Materials Cost, giving us a higher percentage than we should be earning. We can correct the formula easily enough, but are we missing something in our interpretation of the credit? I see some debate under LEED CI comments about listing every material in the project based on reviewer's comments and we are only listing materials that contribute to the credits in this database.
