Provide the numbers of the minimum parking capacity required by zoning and the total provided parking capacity.

Option 1: Minimum Parking Capacity

Complete the LEED Online credit form based on the approach taken—see below.

If you are providing preferred parking for carpools or vanpools, verify that appropriate signage is installed for the spaces.

Even though LEED Online only asks for 20% of the cut sheets to be uploaded, all material cut sheets should be saved as backup data and may be requested of the project during the USGBC’s credit reviews.

Option 2: Provide the number of preferred parking spaces provided, the total building

Option 1: Provide minimum number of parking spaces required by local zoning, total onsite parking capacity, number of preferred parking spaces, and building

Confirm whether or not the project will be providing new parking within the LEED boundary.

Case 2: Tenant Space More Than 75% of Total Building Area
