If you are installing a BMS, configure and program it to specifications. If there was any change in system specifications, make sure it is accounted for in the BMS programming. 

All the design work is implemented during construction. Have the project architect ensure that the glazing is per your specifications and that the façade system incorporates a continuous air barrier.

Complete the LEED Online credit form, and provide the following supporting documentation, as applicable:

Install markings on preferred parking spaces. These can include a sign, striping or both.  

If mixed use, follow a combination of the Case 2 residential and Case 1 non-residential requirements above. 

If primarily residential, follow the Case 2 residential requirements above.

Confirm whether the project is primarily residential (10% or less of the building is commercial) or mixed use.

Confirm whether the project will be providing new parking within the LEED boundary. 

Case 3: Mixed-Use Projects

Option 2: The owner must sign the LEED Online credit form verifying that no new parking was incorporated within the LEED boundary.
