Hi All, we are working on a higher education theater school project where the Theater/Performace spaces do not have lighitng control panel in the same space as the performance because the lights in those spaces are controlled by professionals and students only, using high tech lighitng control panels capable of controlling each light separately. LEED v4 Interior lighting credit requires 100% of the multioccupant spaces to have occupant controls. Do you have any suggestion on how we can achieve the 1 point under Option 1 - lighting control?

Is it feasible to install a DMX controller somewhere in the space with a few presets that could be used by a drama teacher or lecturer? All you need is on, off, and another setting somewhere in between for times when you don't have a light board operator present? This would be useful if the spaces are ever used for lectures with a setting for a video projector and note taking. Or usually these spaces have "work" lights for loading the show in and out. Maybe a couple of switches for work lights? Your three settings would be (1) all the work lights on, (2) half the work lights on, (3) all lights off.
