NC-2009 IEQp2:Environmental Tobacco Smoke (ETS) Control

Certification required to perform pressure differential test?

Is a certification required to perform the pressure differential test? I'm wondering if it needs to be done by a specialty testing company or can it be done by the Mechanical Sub? This is for dedicated smoking units in a residential building using the door undercut method (no longer allowed in v4).

I don't think it has to be certified by a particular body. I don't recall hearing that as a requirement a project was chasing. Having it done by a credible professional and documenting as such should be fine.
