Sara, LEED for Homes aligns with all the other LEED rating systems on this. Basically, if you include a parking structure in any aspect of LEED, such as the energy model, that makes it part of the project boundary, so it needs to be included in all other LEED credits and prerequisites as well. The key is to be consistent.
