Homes-v4 MPR2:Must use reasonable LEED boundaries

LEEDv4 Homes - Parking Structure

It does not appear that parking structures are required to be included in the LEED-H boundary, however if the structure is being built to service a student housing building and energy modeling includes this scope, does it make sense to include the parking structure?

Sara, LEED for Homes aligns with all the other LEED rating systems on this.

Basically, if you include a parking structure in any aspect of LEED, such as the energy model, that makes it part of the project boundary, so it needs to be included in all other LEED credits and prerequisites as well. The key is to be consistent.
