Is there any other restrictions for anti-corrosive paints other than 250 g/l VOC limit in Leed V4? Is it enough for a paint product to have lower VOC value than 250 g/l to be leed V4 compliant?

As it is a CS project (office building), the owner is not responsible for hiring housekeeping staff for tenant spaces. There is no housekeeping storage room in the project.
