We are currently pursuing this credit for a GSA project. All systems furniture is GreenGuard certified. There is some miscellaneous metal shelving and bulk storage however that is not certified.

I have a LEED project that includes three buildings and a large constructed wetlands, however there is an existing building smack in the middle of them.

We have a client who is leasing two entire, adjacent buildings for 12 years. They are taking on installing high SRI roof membranes and a photovoltaic canopy system in the parking lot.

I´m working on a project that is a campus with 2 warehouses, an administrative building, a large dining room, a little auditorium and a changing room.

My project is served by three different bus "routes" (AT2, AT4 and AT5) that make stops that are located well within the 1/4 mile walking distance.
