Our project has a PV array which is leased by the building owner under a 20-year power purchase agreement. However, the agreed upon rate increases 2% each year during these 20 years.

Parking spaces under a bridge

The parking area of our project is mostly located underground but there are some parking spaces on the ground level. Based on our calculation we can meet credit Option 2 requirements.

We have a project in Medellin, Colombia. The project has large areas of vegetation. In the driest month (January), it rains in average 12 of the 31 days.

If I take the default 45% of contract price for divisions 3-10 just in the concrete and steel my totals are 80% plus for recycled content and regional materials.
