Hello,
We are adding a pedestrian crosswalk to connect the building to the opposite side of the street. This was not required and are hoping to achieve an ID point for including it. Would this be considered part of the LEED boundary? It is a public street, so it is not on the building's property.

Ashley, I recommend reading the requirements of MPR #3 Must Use a Reasonable Site Boundary:

You need to include all land disturbed for the purposes of the project.
