NC-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance
We're looking at a building that will have approximately 10,000 sqft. of office space and 10,000 sqft. of warehouse space. Can this building pursue Option 2 and follow the Advanced Energy Design Guides for both the office and warehouse portions of the scheme or will we need pursue Option 1 because of the mixed use?
