Tenant Lease Agreement - Interior glare protection

Dear all, when assuming interior blinds to allow glare control in tenant spaces. Does the condition of installing blinds have to be included in the Tenant and Lease Agreement?

Not sure in which sub-heading this belongs...I have trees which fell in the last storm. The local woodmill suggests that they be cut to 8' lengths and then milled into boards for future use.

Fixed shading devices

Just wanted to confirm, in a Core and Shell project, if there is not any kind of shading device within the scope, then you are not eligible for this credit.

It appears that there are numerous questions about the depth of the compliance area, but I don't believe there's a question regarding the width of the compliance area.
