Tenant Lease Agreement - Interior glare protection

Dear all, when assuming interior blinds to allow glare control in tenant spaces. Does the condition of installing blinds have to be included in the Tenant Lease Agreement? Credit IEQc8.1 is not listed in Appendix 4 of the Reference Guide. Thanks for any kind of help.

If blinds are not being supplied by the owner for the tenant, then the use of blinds must be indicated in the tenant lease agreement.

I would say it does not need to be included in the TSLA however it should be included in the Tenant Design Guidelines (ref. SSc9). Any other feedback about that?

Does the TSLA approach apply for a CS v4 LEED project?
